“And as for you, O Daniel, make secret the words and seal up the book, until the time of the end. Many will rove about, and the true knowledge will become abundant.”Daniel 12: 4
The “true knowledge will become abundant.” As we watch this “world” we know is failing. The Bible indicates a difference between the “world” and the Earth, our planet.
“A generation goes and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever.”Ecclesiastes 1: 4
The Earth, the Bible tells us quite plainly, will exist forever. For those who have been convinced that the times of the end is the destruction of the Earth itself, well, no one told that to God. Importantly, it is God who determines the fate of His creation not mankind.
As we look around we can see that there is some untoward influence on the governments of this world and, in turn, on the world itself. Always remember that the world and the Earth are separated in the Bible, the Word of God. The world is man’s construct of governments and corporations and all that holds sway over the people. In turn it is this “construct” which will be destroyed when Jesus assumes the throne as King of Heaven and Earth. As we look around it might appear to those who study the word that this has recently occurred. This may be exactly the case. In this is the “Good News” proclaimed in the Bible of which you might have heard.
It is reason to keep our heads down and reason to rejoice. Our King has finally come. As promised while He was yet still alive.
