What Hope?

This verse is selected for today because of the cascading effect world politics is having upon us all. No one is immune to the worry about tomorrow today. There is, however, comfort to be had and that comfort comes not just from what is written but because what is written appeals less to our minds than to our DNA. The Bible is you intrinsically. It is from your Father in Heaven and not a word in it is untrue though some words can be misunderstood out of context.

I give you this quote. It is short and very much to the point.

4For all the things that were written beforehand were written for our instruction, so that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope.

Romans 15:4

Jehovah, through His faithful servants, has given us what we need to maintain our stability through times such as these. Times of immense distraction and diabolical influence on those who lead us. You know this to be true, the diabolical influence. But to tell it like it is often arouses resistance. Nevertheless, it is more true than many understand. The Bible explains it thoroughly. Through the Bible you have Jehovah with you at all times. Through Jesus, His son, you have a way to speak to Him who created you.
